Apple Pie

It’s been a goal of mine for a very long time has to make an apple pie just like my Nan used to. They were delicious. Every month whilst at university my parents would visit with a care package. The best thing was one of my Nans Apple pies and a jar of custard. The only time, Ambrosia.  

  

I think I’ve finally perfected her pies after about 35 years of trying!
