I don’t eat seafood or pate myself and i’ve never attempted to make any before, but this would make a wonderful treat for family over the Christmas period. You make it sound so simple, so will have to give the recipe a go. x

I had bad experience with pate in the past so it put me off pate for a while, thanks for the recipe might try making my own as well
