Turkey & Pomegranate Salad
This is a quick and easy summer salad.
First brown some cubed turkey breast in a pan along with some chopped bacon.
Once cooked remove from the pan and keep warm. Wipe any juices from the pan. Toast some pine nuts.
Mix the pine nuts & meat together.
Mix olive oil, balsamic vinegar and pomegranate seeds together.
Place salad leaves, meat and dressing in a bowl & toss together until all the leaves are coated.
Serve & enjoy.
